Paylentavion S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "Paylentavion"), with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 12, Col. Our Federal Taxpayer Registry number is PAY210315MX9, and we operate under the supervision of the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users (CONDUSEF).

To exercise your ARCO Rights, you must send a request to the email address privacidad@paylentavion.com including: your full name, a copy of valid official identification, a clear description of the data for which you wish to exercise any of your rights, and any document that facilitates the location of your data. We will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days in accordance with applicable legislation.
